Return Policy

Return Policy 

Our 07 Day Return Policy gives you the time to be sure that your purchase is perfect. If you need to return the product for any reason, you can opt for an easy return within 07 days of the delivery of the product. We will provide you with a full refund after retaining Rs.1000/- towards delivery and processing for each product returned.

07 Day Return Policy is not applicable in the following instances. 

  1. On products that have been engraved or personalized or customized.


Conditions for 07 Day Return Policy 

Product must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration. The stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or the packaging is tampered with, the return will be covered under Buyback Policy.


Process for refund under 07 Day Return Policy

When a product is returned under our 07 Day Return Policy, a Quality Check is done. After Quality Check, the refund will be credited within 10 business days.

  1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

  2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking/UPI).


How to return the product to diamorivo within 07 days

  1. Place a return request on your account on the website or write an email to support@diamorivo.com within 07 days of delivery to schedule a return pick-up.

  2. Diamorivo will send the reverse pickup details and instructions.

  3. Pack your jewellery in the original packaging material along with the certificate and hand it over to the logistics executive.

  4. The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the invoice. Loss of certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher.

  5. Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation).

  6. Once the product is received, we conduct a quality check to check for any signs of damage or wear and tear. Once the quality check is cleared, the refund will be processed and credited to your bank account in 10 business days. Any item that shows signs of wear or that has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for the 07 Day Return Policy.

  7. In case the product was earlier purchased through the EMI system, we will deduct an amount equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount at the time of refund of the initial installment.


How to return the products

You can return the products at any of our physical stores. diamorivo will schedule a reverse pick up for customers who cannot return their products at any of our stores.


Changes in Policy

Diamorivo reserves the right to modify these policies at any time so it is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website: www.diamorivo.com. Any material changes made to the policies will be made along with a notification here that the policies have been updated.
